General Terms & Conditions

1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Notice Required – We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may result in a fee or forfeiture of prepaid sessions.
• No-Shows – Failure to attend without notice may result in forfeiting your booking or package session.
• Running Late – If you arrive late, your treatment time may be shortened to ensure the next client is not delayed.

2. Health & Safety

• Sickness & Illness – If you are feeling unwell (e.g. fever, flu-like symptoms, contagious conditions), please reschedule your appointment for the wellbeing of all clients.
• Contraindications – Please inform us of any recent cosmetic procedures (injectables, peels, etc.), medical conditions, pregnancy, or skin sensitivities prior to your treatment.
• Right to Decline Treatment – For your safety, we may decline or adapt treatments if health concerns are identified.

3. Payments

• Bookings – A deposit or prepayment may be required to secure your appointment.
• Memberships – Monthly memberships are billed automatically until cancelled. Annual packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Failed Payments – If a payment fails, services may be suspended until the account is settled.

4. Packages & Memberships

• Validity – Packages and prepaid sessions are valid for 12 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.
• Transferability – Packages may be transferred to a nominated person if not used within the validity period (within terms of purchase).
• Non-Refundable – Prepaid services are non-refundable, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

5. Promotions & Discounts

• Only one discount, offer, or promotion can be applied per booking.
• Promotions are valid for the period stated and cannot be extended.

6. Privacy & Respect

• Client Records – All client information is confidential and securely stored.
• Respectful Space – Babotanics Boutique is a calm, private space. We ask that you arrive quietly, switch devices to silent, and respect the relaxing environment.

7. Self Care Club Terms & Conditions

Monthly Membership

Ongoing – Membership is billed automatically each month until cancelled.

Inclusions – Covers 1 Signature Facial per month plus all Self Care Club perks:

• 20% rebooking discount
• Complimentary gift every 5th facial
• 50% off your 10th facial

Cancellations – Can be cancelled anytime with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date.

Any unused facials must be redeemed within 30 days of cancellation.

Payments – Monthly fee of $124.80 is auto-debited. Failed payments may pause membership.

Transfers – Facials are for the account holder, but sessions can be transferred to a nominated person if you cannot attend, provided membership is active.

Other Conditions – Standard appointment cancellation policy applies (24–48 hours’ notice). Memberships are non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Annual Prepaid Package

Validity – Package is valid for 12 months from purchase date.

Transferability – Sessions may be transferred to a nominated person if unused, but must be redeemed within the 12-month term.

Perks – Includes all Self Care Club perks (20% rebook discount, gifts every 5th facial, 50% off 10th).

Refund Policy – Non-refundable unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

Other Conditions – Standard appointment cancellation policy applies (24–48 hours’ notice).
